Nature of This Resource

Multnomah County Released Inmates is a private reference. It does not store official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bail, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

The site points to Multnomah County jail and release-record resources, Oregon corrections systems, court sources, and independent research tools. Those outside systems remain under their operators’ control.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming other people or the service. You must not:

• Violate a law while using site content or tools
• Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person
• Use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision
• Seek unauthorized access to an account, server, or network
• Run automated bots, scrapers, or bulk collection tools
• Disrupt the site or interfere with another visitor’s access

No Consumer Reporting Services

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We and our advertising partners do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. You agree not to use site or partner information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection, housing, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility

The site links to sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, release records, legal-aid resources, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination’s content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, pricing, or uptime. Review its policies before using it.

Information Provided As Is

All site content and functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• The site will operate without interruption
• Every error, defect, or security weakness will be absent
• A partner search will return complete results

Custody status and public records change often. Nothing here is an official statement by MCSO, Multnomah County, ODOC, a court, or another government body.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Multnomah County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site and its operators from claims, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, design, and code belong to Multnomah County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the new version.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Oregon Governing Law

Oregon law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oregon.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as much as needed. Every remaining provision stays in effect.
