Use of Multnomah County Released Inmates means that you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not access or use the site.

This is a privately owned Oregon reference with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. We are not private investigators or a consumer reporting agency.


Nature of This Resource

Multnomah County Released Inmates is a private reference. It does not store official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bail, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

The site points to Multnomah County jail and release-record resources, Oregon corrections systems, court sources, and independent research tools. Those outside systems remain under their operators’ control.


Acceptable Use Rules

Oregon law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oregon.


If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as much as needed. Every remaining provision stays in effect.
